ChatDoc ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our AI health assistant (the "Service").

We collect and process only the minimum data necessary to provide our Service while maintaining compliance with applicable privacy laws, including HIPAA.

a) Google Calendar Integration

• We request access to your Google Calendar using an access token generated from your Google account.
• We do not view, store, or process your calendar events.
• The only data we store is your Google access token, which is securely encrypted in our database.
• Google Workspace APIs are not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models.

b) Prompt History

• When you interact with our AI assistant, we store your prompt history.
• We employ an automated filter to remove any Protected Health Information (PHI) to ensure HIPAA compliance.
• The collected data is summarized and encrypted before being stored in our database.
• Your prompt history is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the limited data we collect to:

• Enable calendar editing within our application.
• Improve and personalize AI-generated responses.
• Maintain and enhance security measures.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption, to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or disclose your data to third parties except in the following cases:

• When required by law or legal processes.
• To prevent fraud, security threats, or technical issues.

6. Your Rights & Control

• You can revoke our access to your Google Calendar at any time through your Google Account settings.
• If you wish to delete your prompt history, you may request deletion by contacting us. We will be adding a feature where you will be able to perform that operation through the app's settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes will be communicated via our website or within the application.
